We are looking for Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team of staff supporting people with a learning disability to access their communities, enjoy a stay away from their families in our respite home and learn lots of new skills in our supported living homes.

You will be providing direct care and support to our young people. This rewarding career will require you to be able to work across the week, including weekends and bank holidays. At present, our staff work shift patterns, that consist of days, and evenings, sleepovers. We are a seven-day service, so staff work at the weekends. You will be on shift with other members of staff and learn for our experienced workers.
